Do you only need to bring over your catalog?

On the Small plan, migrating products adds $2,000 MXN. It does not include customers, orders or 301 redirects: it only makes sense if your current store gets no traffic from Google.

Can I migrate from both Magento 1 and Magento 2?

Yes. We migrate from Magento 2 and Adobe Commerce, and from Magento 1. Magento 1 is no longer supported and its export takes extra steps that we include in the plan.

What happens to my Magento extensions?

They do not carry over. We identify what each one does and cover it with Shopify or an equivalent app.

Will I lose my Google rankings when I migrate?

No, as long as every old URL redirects to its Shopify equivalent with a 301 redirect. That way Google transfers the authority of the old page to the new one.

How much does it cost to migrate my store to Shopify?

The migration is included in the plan. Business costs $18,989 MXN with migration of up to 500 products; Super costs $52,849 MXN with everything included. On the Small plan, migrating products adds $2,000 MXN. We give you a fixed quote after reviewing your store.

How long does the migration take?

3 to 4 weeks on Business and 4 to 6 on Super. The timeline depends on the size of the catalog, the integrations and whether the design is replicated or the store is redesigned.

Does my store stop selling during the migration?

No. We build the Shopify store in parallel. Your current store keeps operating until the switch, which we make during low-demand hours.

Do my customers keep their account?

Yes, with their order history. Passwords are not migrated for security reasons: each customer resets their access the first time they sign in.

What happens to my plugins and extensions?

They do not carry over. We review what each one does and cover that function with Shopify, equivalent apps or custom development.
